    The price inflation as far as cash purchase and upgrade is most likely due to the recycle glitch which caused many players to generate 100's of billions in just a couple hours before Gree could create and push the fix. Basically trying to level the playing field by getting these people to spend billions to upgrade these buildings at the top levels. As for the gold buildings that's just Gree trying to make more money. To be honest I hate giving my money to Gree(dy) but this is one circumstance I don't really mind.

    The upgrade costs are unchanged from original release (based on comparison to earlier data), however the initial purchase price has been changed.

    This event (all old buildings are available) is permanent or it will finish very soon ?
    At what day and time will it finished ?

    Thanks Brisngrboss. I noticed the spreadsheet has the collect time at 18hrs but the store shows it as 4hrs

    Arctic Mining rig, Anniversary Center and Alexandria villa have a non standard Upgrade time. its shorter!!!! im updating info on sheets. if anyone knows of another buildings with non standard time let me know so i can update
