Even though the general public may refer to it as the "tank glitch" It was not a glitch if gree willingly allowed you to recycle it for a certain value, they should have realized how much cash they were paying for them. They need to hire a quality assurance department. Mistakes (not a glitch) would not happen like that if Gree hired people who know what they're doing.

Hey Tony, Thanks for asking. You can still upgrade them after the event is over (like with all limited time buildings), but you won't be able to purchase them after the 13th.
Ok...so what if you get the construction worker and have the temp building upgrade. Are you able to upgrade 3 buildings?
Great question. You can upgrade as many multiple buildings as you have bonuses. So if you have a +1 building upgrade and buy the construction worker, you can upgrade 3 buildings at once (1 normally + construction worker + your temp bonus)
Keep in mind that constructing a new building isn't taken into consideration with this bonus. So you could have 1 new building being constructed and then all of your other buildings being upgraded.
