Tried buying a vault of gold. Don't know what I was thinking. Went through the process of hitting the buy and confirm buttons and didn't receive any gold. Checked my bank account and it shows the $ taken out. So I sent a ticket and now waiting for them to "look into it".
Now that is valuable info for the would be Gold purchaser. BUYER BEWARE!! Click on that purchase buy/confirm button at your own risk.
Go to your app provider and ask for a refund. I wouldn't wait for Gree to reply.
This is messed up. I didn't receive an itunes receipt email either. Had to call my bank.
Gree will take weeks to respond, and doubtful of the outcome will be positive even when and or if they do. Follow mickys advice
