Frontline: Declared and no match

We rallied our troops for our final push, everyone full. Waiting. We declared with one hour and a few minutes remaining. It has been over 20 minutes now staring at the message "War Declared! Your faction will be matched with 2 rival factions for a 60 minute war!"

If we had declared after the availability time with less than an hour remaining there would have been a message dating sorry, not enough time left. But such is not the case. The 300-400m we would have scored would have put us in a different prize tier since we are close to the next one up. Our members are trying to solidify their Indy placement as well.

Gree, now what? Tickets won't be answered until next week at the earliest. There is nothing we players can do to get the match sorted. What are your directions for us?
