If you feel like you spent the money and didn't receive what was promised (Terms of Service can be tricky things) then have at it. Otherwise, stop with the empty threats and posturing. I agree that Gree needs to be taken down a notch or two, but don't say it, do it.
BY THE WAY, can we get any kind of information on whether or not our 1500 of each armor type will be replaced to our inventories? Otherwise, I'm just going to start tapping again. Maybe I can buy them all back before the next war starts.
I've also lost 90% of my banner plate mail and hammers.
My hero equipment is fine, but my 500 mail went to 25, similar to the battle axes.
Also the game center transfer reverted one of my avatars to her original device and won't let me move any other avatar to that device. It worked, then undid all the moves.
Please fix both of these issues!
I'm still missing 1000's in equipment that I purchased even after the update. Customer service keeps closing my tickets unresolved. This is unacceptable.
In addition to my Hero's stuff, all of the items I had purchased for my Army disappeared. Been waiting for two days to hear from Support.
Oh no it didn't fix everything. Items missing from inventory are still missing after upgrade an numerous restarts. No follow up from Support.
Still missing 625 heavy Battleaxes. Not cool Gree... Not cool. Hire somebody that knows what they are doing please instead of screwing up EVERY SINGLE UPDATE!! How can it be so hard to run a game that is nothing but a copy of 20 other games on the app market? Seriously.... get your sh*t together. PLEASE!
Sent in a ticket for equipment. Received a response two days later that it was fixed. Received a request a couple hours afterwards to rate their work, lol. This morning 16+ hours later, I still didn't have the equipment. Tap, tap away.
This small example of ineptitude is why a large percentage of us are frustrated Gree. I've said this before; take a month or so and fix the bugs first, please. I feel sorry for those with more troubling issues, ie lost accounts, etc.
I still don't have my equipment restored several days after sending in a request. Ticket #2110915. How can this be so hard to fix? Our old data were on the server.
"If you are still missing items, please contact Customer Support and they will be able to handle this. If you have already filed a ticket about this issue, please follow up on that one rather than filing a new one."
Ok Gree let's be honest, what customer support? Over the last year that I have played I have received a response to less then half of the tickets that I have ever sent asking for help. Half of the time I get booted out of the *#%^ing game when I try and write a ticket to begin with. So how I am supposed to "follow up" on my ignored tickets is a complete mystery to me..
Tickets for both my accounts have also been closed with no resolution. Equipment is still missing. Please provide an update as to what is being done to fix this issue!
My equipment is fixed; however patience was not a virtue... Patience turned into disgruntled belief that Gree would fix the issue and hence tap, tap, tap😢
Btw, just how much patience should someone have?
Still waiting for heavy battle axes and titanium ore to be returned. Last response said issue was being handed to a specialist. Today a email asking to rate their service. Lmao.
3rd ticket sent in and third ticket I got the response of something along the lines of "we're working hard to restore your equipment" with no actual resolution.
Any moderators have any info at all on the progress of the missing equipment? Seems this was a much bigger snafu than first thought. Maybe just giving gold back for missing equipment coul. Be s start. I can not afford to buy another 875 heavy battle axes.
