Box event craziness

As part of the current box event players were offered the opportunity to purchase the final prizr and get the haste bonus frost nymphs. There was also a mistake that allowed some to get those nymphs for free. I understand taking back the nympths from those who got them free. But why is it acceptable to take them from those who paid gems for them? It's too late to get the first one now. This seems to be a breach of contract. Please explain the thinking here?

You (and anyone who's been affected) should just send in a ticket instead of complaining here. They have no idea who you are in the game unless you submit a ticket.

GREE puts out a buggy event, but at the end the customers are "paying" for it

1. if you had a mountain chest when the event started, you got the splash screens and "finished" the haste quests, but you did not receive the rewards and even if you finished the box event by using gems to open boxes and get all 10 rings you still did not get the haste rewards because it was no longer in your quest book
2. if you received a mountain chest, for example by finishing the guild trials event, it also "finished" the haste quests, in this case you received the rewards but GREE took them away when they "fixed" the box event
3. if you used the BUY button to finish the haste event, you spend 456 gems and finished the event, got the rewards, but GREE took them away when they "fixed" the box event

in all 3 cases you were unable to finish the haste quests as soon as they disappeared from your quest book.

Exactly Gendur, and Rysoeba myself and many others also sent a ticket to gree. Posting here is abut getting support to correct it.
