For anyone using dockbot that is having issues looking up teams with weird letters, try using Russian keyboard. All teams with screwy lettering are unscouted so I figure give a heads up

Why don't you just look up their DL or at least one of their players? Just type "findplayer (name)" and it'll give you a list of teams to choose from. I guarantee you that most if these teams are scouted already.
That only works if their DL doesn't have a Cyrillic name though.
Doesn't have to be their DL, it's just that the DL is usually on the intel list.
they are scouted, we have beat a few of them. Findplayer works, even if you have to search for a few people.
