u rob my 62 mil iph hood and when I visit ur hud, all I see is a zero iph blank hood. umm not entirely blank, a few def builds. good furking job!! u make me realize what this game actually is

it is all deliberately done, the game is designed to piss u off so that u begin buying gold madly. i'm sure somewhere someone is laughing reading all the user rants hahaha. at the moment, my rivals list shows me only one or two rivals with a considerable iph in days .. all other hoods are either blank or level 1 buildings. rivals list sucks a big time!
note to programmers: this game would be a lot more fun only if we could see some worthy opponents.

Robbers with emtpy hoods are either one of the two , too scared of getting robbed in a video game or gave up playing . Seen as you need cc cash for alot of stuff like buy syn bonuses ,assult , ltb weapons and sometimes sltq i would take building an iph over having to hope i rob enough cash to cover all the costs anyday.
i don't really like this new rival list change either, i liked it when the rival list was based on stats and not level because at least i had decent hoods to rob instead of emtpy ones / weak iph.

I can think of two better reasons to have an empty hood. 1) The account is a mini and all cash needs are covered by the main. 2) People say they don't care about being robbed, but when they can't retaliate and you visit often a lot of those same people get very upset.Originally Posted by kimberleyj
The best rivals list was the level based rivals list. The endless creation of mini accounts kind of wrecked that for everyone though, seeing as an actual new account run by someone who has never played before wouldn't have a snowball's chance in hell of enjoying anything in this game.
even my mini has alot better iph then alot of the higher lvls that are on my rival list. When the rival list was changed to stats based the rivals list seemed to have higher iph players on it then it does lvl based.
yes it's entirely funny when somebody has 30% better stats than I have and 90% worse income per hour than I have, totally fair match ups. If this were the anomaly it would be one thing but this is the norm
Well I hate the guy that you rob for two bucks because he was already robbed and then the her off jeeps coming back to your hood for millions! This is a true story, robbed a guy got $4. He has been back to my good 6 times and has gotten me for $136M!!!

I usually respect robbers with blank hoods , they are able to rob you for a reason and probably once had amazing IPH just like you , but were robbed themselves one too many times and turned to the darkside . they get plus points for obvious signs of rage selling in their hoods

The next upgrade should include iph in rivals matchup. Maybe match within 30% iph. 0 income accounts should match exclusively with 0 income accounts.

If all of you whiners were in a REAL mob, your own people would snuff you just for whining. Collect your buildings or get rid of them. This is a game about crime and robbing. If you can't collect your buildings before they get robbed, and you KNOW it's going to happen, then YOU are the problem. The robbers aren't there to give you payback, that's why you have a rival's list. It amazes me that long time players continue to whine about getting robbed. It's not rocket science.
