-20% and +20% HEALTH REGEN TIME 0.o?

I remember learnt from my basic math class that 20-20=0

As far as I know math hasn´t changed in the last 40 years so please someone can explain WTH means the 2 next rewards

Can you please advise us game players, what exactly +20% Health regen time means on the create event, and then what -20% health regen time means on the Epic Boss event???

Come on Gree... Why is simple communication so hard to complete. IF it's a mistake, it's a mistake, we really don't care, but can you please just clarify what the hell it's suppose to be for us players?

Not trying to be mean, just very frustrated as a player. This is just like the +3% energy regen temp boost.. 1.8 seconds faster to regen 1 energy??? Really?? That' doesn't nothing for anybody..

Looks like it was "fixed" err, changed with this last data push today.. now instead of a + and a -, there's two reductions to health regen, one at -20% and the other at -10%.. And thanks for "explaining" it in a data push..

Community Manager, maybe you should pass on to the dev team.. wait, forget it. It's not worth the effort anymore..

Not only the health regen is fixed even the +3% energy is now +3 energy regen
