I am a team officer and one of our members has tried everything. He has followed the advice of deleting, rebooting, restoring... sent in tickets... posted... but nothing has worked. He updated MW the day the update came out and has been unable to access MW since. He has not been able to contribute to faction events and in the past he is one of our best players. If this is not resolved QUICKLY, this heavy gold player will be quitting the game, forever. Please look into helping him get this problem fixed ASAP!
