In an effort to better assist you with issues regarding the Free Gold from the Videos, please review and follow these guidelines.

Please email your FyberUserID to cs@fyber.com. This is how you find it:

  1. Click on "Offers" button and open the Offer Wall
  2. Please click on at least one offer, so your FyberID is created.
  3. Then click on the "Support" button top right hand corner.
  4. On the support page, scroll down to the bottom and discover your Fyber user ID (composed of nine digits).
