Uninstalled/installed (took forever to install) everything seems to be working

The level cap isn't in this update. The update is about to go out. Please note it will take several hours to fully populate the app store.

Ok. So is the level cap still being raised to 300? Still on schedule for November 2014? Can we get a yes or no on this matter?? It's been a very long overdue part of the game for us level 250's. Thanks.

Yesterday after the above issues the game worked fine. Today encountered the following:
1. Map area/rivals' hoods: slow and jerky movements
2. Areas are still spawning
3. Hide rivals decorations will not stay. If I leave the game and come back, I have to trigger the setting back to the off position. (Hide)

4. Avatar for females hair is half bald.
5. LTB upgrade sped up with gold, but the iph does not show adjusted amount.
