So beta testers get to upgrade their building free while others wait and must deal with the bugs that remain anyway? I'm not sure you're getting much out of your beta testers, other than them being able to access content early and experiment while others remain in the dark.

Our beta testers provide lots of feedback and reports. They also don't upgrade the building fully for free; or if they do for testing, it's reset once the feature goes out.

Sorry, this is the best place i could find to post this. I used to be able to see the crafting materials i opened under the inventory/loot button. I looked recently and all the materials i opened are gone. Other guild mates said theirs are missing as well. Is there somewhere else i should be looking for these? I dont want to open anymore crates until i find out what happened to all the other things i should have.

Well, I'm not sure if their stats came from crafting or trials. Just going through their inventory (taking a ton of screenshots) they have about 60-80 of the level 15 trial rewards in their inventory's. So much for not being able to do 10 a day.

These new features seem great but the ability to exploit them is driving players like me away from the game. And its players like me that pay the bills.

The Trials have been going on for over 60 days, so finishing 60-80 trials is @ 1 per day, not 10 per day. Lol

This is exactly why I haven't opened any crates yet.

Is it better then to do level 3 and get as many material crates as possible rather than going to higher levels to get better rewards?

Informations about beta i can't share,it is against rules.
But i ashore you that it is impossible especially to beta testers to craft their stats to billions ,that can't be done in beta app ,they have restrictions .

False. I'm looking at a guy who has a billion of several different weapons and chest armors. BILLIONS of individual items. In fact, he had so many that his profile showed his weapon count as a six digit negative number.
