Willing to pay 10 billion to let my secondary account temporarily join a faction

I'm willing to pay $10 billion in game cash to have a top 250 faction to let my secondary account join their faction. You don't have to keep my secondary account around during WD. The purpose of this is to raise my other account's 4 million A/D stats to something like 100 million so I can complete the force degradation missions (it is *really* hard to find people weaker than 4 million to attack at level 252)
