Are you sure? And making the bonus stack when it is not stacking doesn't fall into the category of making sure the game is up and running as advertised?
Don't complain to us about how bad your company screws up. We just want a working game. We don't care what your priorities are. Just make things work like they are supposed to. If you don't break it, you don't have to fix it.
it's not even working with a single +5% bonus in the 1st place, not to mention if they actually even stack at all
