Finally, got it to work... Found an old llp account on an old iPhone 3gs... Saved that version, 3.0 , to Itunes and then could load that version to my iPhone 4 with my main account... Works ok enough to help my team with the raid boss...
But keep going, Gree.... We want a real working fix asap....

In order to use a copy of somebody elses saved version you also need their Itunes account password in order to verify your computer to that Itunes account... So downloading an older version from the www does not work... Thrust me, I tried that too....

Sry for being unclear.... I was talking about Itunes and iOS.... I know nothing about the droid world so you are most likely right.....
So is there an ETA for a fix for those that are still not able to log in to their accounts? We have now missed a FLTQ, epic boss, world domination, another FLTQ, beginning of RB, and now an LTQ, not to mention an LE building (never had to use gold on those to finish) would need to now, although that is never happening again. That is on top of everyone of my buildings getting raided, the wasted energy, the folders im not able to donate to my faction, and the help with raid boss that im not able to give to my faction.
Still no access unless you count "connecting to server" and then black screen and CRASH.

Check and see how much space you have in memory. I'm running an iPad 2 with MW 4.5.2 but IOS 8.1 it might be worth upgrading though the upgrade wanted 4gb of free space on my iPad.

Btw deleted and installed 4.5.2 on three 4th gen iPod touches running IOS 6.1.6. Now only 1 of 3 can load game other two crash during server connection. Third gets to base then crashes a click or two later.
