    What device, and os? Just opened up a brand spanking new iPhone 6 we got in for app testing. Downloaded 4.5.2 and guess what game will not load after what seemed like forever on the splash screen. IOS 8.1, and no other apps on a brand new device!

    Do not update to 4.5.2, it causes more problems. Many cannot log in at all now. Gree is obviously not bothering to test the updates at all before they put them out. Hard to understand all the events being rolled out as if a huge percentage of the game that can't even play don't exist. It seems that about 10-15 percent basically have an unplayable game. Another portion have issues, but can play their games to some extent, though very slow, and prone to crashing, freezing etc.

    While we are working on this issue because we want you all to be able to get back into the game. We can confirm it is much much lower than 10-15%.

    Oh come on. Based on what? You have no idea what the problem is, how on earth can you tell how many it's affecting? Tickets? You know how many have completely given up on sending them in because the support there is so poor?

    By number of logins - it might not be completely valid but if the average user base is 100K different account logins per day & they are seeing 99K different account logins then it is only 1%.

    That is a good question, if you cannot access your player you can't send a ticket. In the version prior to this on some devices you couldn't send tickets because the app crashed as soon as you hit send. So if that is based on a decrease in the number of tickets coming in, well there's the answer.

    Good point, but are they tracking server hits or actual successful accesses.....
