Many refunds in the future for the player base. I don't get how you continue to handle things so poorly. This is easily the worst company I have seen at having both a faulty product, and terrible customer service and compensation policies. Come on. I am sick of sitting here looking at the MW logo trying to log on. It's been 2 hours and nothing. The fix isn't fixed. I'm missing bonuses, keep getting a pop up promotion tag, and missing a ton of attack and defense. WHY! I've missed the last 4 hours of boss because of this.
This sucks! I have no update 4.5.1 yet. Money is gone, can't hit faction goal ... Etcetera

I can post the response email I received from apple if you want. I assure you the statements are not false. I will however inform them that the Gree moderators are not relaying factual information to their customers.

We don't care how or when the fix will be rolled out at this point. we want to know what the plan and solution is for the insane competitive edge given to those who continue to be able to play the game and the events you refuse to stop over the players who can not compete in the same events. It is your track record of not having any such plans, and continuing to run bugged events without any communication that leads to people expecting Gree to do nothing, and so far they have been right every time and you continue to learn nothing and show that you do not care.
