It seems strange as Latin is printed on the very money Gree so desperately desires. That Latin is also used in law, medicine, church, etc. but having re read the TOS I see that forgein languages are banned except in specifically designated forums.

The issues are not being taken seriously by Gree, there is no thought for the customer base whatsoever and I have never seen such poor QA in the first place. Not great for business or reputation.... Would you install any new Gree product?
