Here's an idea for Gree: Syndicate classes. Upon creation of a syndicate the leader has to select a class, which could be names of notorious criminal organizations, and each class could come with a unique bonus. This would be similar to how new players must select a class, each having a unique perk.
This could allow for different ranks within syndicates without being limited to one specific mafia for every syndicate. Buying all the syndicate perks could also be another way to use game cash once the regular bonuses are completed.
