tranfering account between android devices

I'm having trouble tranfering my old account to my new device. Can anyone help plz

Send in a ticket. Give them as much info about the account to be transferred as you can. Level, strength, cash, stamina health etc. i got my mini swapped from tablet to phone in 2 days with no issues. Of course, you mileage may vary.

You will need to submit a support ticket with all of the following information:

Old Account:
Name
Level
Code
In-game Currency
Purchase Receipts (Screenshots)
Last Login

New Account:
Name
Level
Code

It was easy. on the second page of the menu is "funzio id" and an option to transfer game. if you lose your id or password you can uninstall and reinstall the game. I had to do this 2 weeks ago when I did mine. Then you can create a new ID. On your new device you will need to get to lvl 2 or 3 before you can transfer. Its real easy. took maybe 2 minutes. Sending in tickets can take days or weeks.
