I'm sure many like the idea of the upgrade time mod and all but seem to be forgetting that likely it will already be coming with EEE's Time Clock. Why not get both Ip and time reduction? I'd say vote for number 10

What's more important? IPH or Stats and IP?
Number 2 is:
+20% building output
+2% robbery output (x 5)
-10% upgrade time
Number 10 is:
+10% armor defence
+2% car Attack (x5)
+10% IP increase
Think about it! I know what I'd rather

I've no idea why people are voting for something that you can increase naturally without gold (IPH) instead of bonuses that will actually save you money
