We will unlock this thread at 3pm PDT sharp and will be open for live questions for an hour! The thread will then be locked at 4pm PDT. So be sure to grab your pals. We'll answer as many questions as possible.

Additionally, asking questions for exact dates aren't going to get concrete answers as dates change often. So think along the lines of game design, future planning, etc.

Good observation. We are working to fix this issue, but we have experienced several technical difficulties and didn't want to release an event that had known issues.

Do you realize that when we lose resources or fail to meet goals because of a delayed eventor a problem in the event.....it hurts us as players thasset are part of factions and the goals we have to meet in a faction. Say we have a 40k for wd points and there is an issue and we are unable to play....and can just make 35k points....we lose our spot in a faction and have to find another.

Are the factions that were locked out of masters going to get any compensation besides 5 energy refills? We always finish the speed event but was stuck on 15/20 since Monday night

We realize that a late event does impact the goals and we either reduce the required amount for the event or compensate players with free energy or free health. We also extend any disrupted events when necessary.

My question is an easy one.

Why do GREE always send out the same automated reply to tickets and then close them without the original issue being resolved ?

When we get an email from gree support thst says we are passing this issue on to the developers....who are the developers.....we need to hear from you.....I have lost no less than 1000 deploys and the gold to go with them......and the units that went with them...the screen just said deploys pending......in frontline....those gunners weren't cheap
