LTQ Command Center prize DEDUCTING energy regen rather than adding to it

Many players are reporting that the command center prize is causing -1 energy regen, rather than +1.
It's happening to some, but not all.
Some are having success fixing it by restarting the app several times.

Please fix! Thanks!

I would advise people to avoid collecting all three handsets until the issue is fixed.
