Yeah but it makes playing more fun for free players.

I think it has made the other games more fun for the low gold /free spenders .
Free players know they can't conpete , but it doesn't mean they don't want a better playing experience.
Happy to see that rob mod has been placed on top 250 in crate event.
Same here but I highly doubt I'll ever see that mod in my inventory, only top gold spenders have a chance of getting that, as well as the +5% mafia attack mod

Side item can be obtained with out gold.
If you have, say double the normal energy regen it'd wouldn't be necessary to log in any more than you might to collect nightclubs if you have them. Maybe less frequently than that. The problem would only arise for players from top 3 syns with all those bonuses.
