We sincerely apologize for the problems that occurred with this weekend's Street Assault event.

While it will sound like a bad excuse, we were hit with a “perfect storm” of technical issues that delivered a poor gameplay experience.

As our valued players, you deserve better.

We have investigated and identified the reasons for these problems and will put in place processes that will hopefully prevent similar problems in the future.

We are not perfect, but we are doing our best to deliver you the gameplay experience that you deserve.

Moreover, you will see changes to Crime City in the upcoming months that we hope you will love. We will share details of these changes in the following weeks and months.

In the meantime, please accept with our humblest apologies the following:

An Additional Prize: We will award everyone who participated in the event the tier prize above your result for both your syndicate and individual leaderboard standings. For the first place syndicate, we will award a new prize.

Free Gold: Anyone who logged in during the duration of the event will receive 50 gold.

Like you said nobody's perfect and I'm sure Gree will continue to work to stop these issues happening again.

How about a proportional reward. Why should a non gold user get 50?

Give 50% of gold used back to those who used it. We'll only spend it, and those who don't contribute to the cost of running this game we all enjoy get their fair reward as well.
