Because its hard for the game to find you 2 opponents when no one is participating inthis event.

Well, we declared 5 minutes before the hour and we never got two syndicates..
i think that is part of October appreciation month.. Bugs in displays, errors in ranking, no matchups, game crashes...

Same here. With that and locking our entire syndicate out of a battle at peak time on Friday night because of a Server Error, Gree is really helping us out this month too.
