so when I was new, there was a war reward of extra building upgrades. Could that be made available again. very helpful in feeling like one had control over something in the game. prize should be for guilds who finish top 300 or something like that... to make it too hard to get would defeat purpose of awarding it. an HLP will not find the award enticing so make it achievable for LLPs.

Other idea figure out a way to award LLP's increased energy bar without also awarding to HLPs who already have it.

Lastly, An LTQ for levels under 50 that allows he or she to earn a better weapon.
