Have you tried posting about this issue on the tapjoy forum? They're a separate company. Good luck, because their customer service is worse than sending a ticket.

Tapjoy recently told me when you download and run apps for offers you need to have them open/running for a minimum of 2-5 minutes.
Forget that noise. Tapjoy is less useful than defence buildings.
Screw TapJoy. I only did free trials for 200-600 gold offers and cancelled right away after
