    gree , that's the worse customer service u should not only give us our rewards including valors but also apologize for ur faulty error; we did our best to finish masters and we did finish it . We all gold and very active players in the faction, is that the way u treat ur customers and players that been with u gree for long ; this issue is taking very long now u should solve it immediately ; I can't understand that there is a customer service that suppose to help us but actually they ignore our complain bec it should be solved by now ; gree we finished masters and we have the prove for it , hope we get our right very soon bec u gree upset all our faction members and if u don't help and give us what we should get I will be the first one to retire . If u do help us will be very thankful

    Your generic responses to real issues is hilarious. Our faction has been cheated by your faulty gameware and all u can say is "refresh your game regularly". Laughable or lawyerable?? That is the question.

    they did the same in LaW as they are doing here now. HARDLY customer support (if any), only generic answers, and each further event more bugs while existing bugs not fixed for months (or not at all). i'd be very careful on what to spend your money on, if things are going LaW's direction. feel free to look on that game's forum to see what i mean.
