The prize is a reduction in construction time, not upgrade time, so the bonus will only help for the first time you buy the building. Unless i am reading it wrong, which happens to me frequently

One change i would make that i think would change the game for the better is the way you attack and raid other players. I think you should only be able to see players stats if they are on your friend...
