To account for time zone issues; how about each faction can fight 8 times in a 24 hour period? Then its fair for everyone and keeps it simple.

It seems to make accounting more, um accountable, minus the formatting. It seems like it'll clog the forum, and discourage dialogue. For those of us on just a phone, the forum has been a still...
