No. After NC#1 is upgraded to lvl 2, you should build your 2nd Nightclub and then take that one to lvl 2. Then #1 to lvl 3, #2 to lvl 3 and keep ping ponging them like that. mxz has a link in his sig...

Well it pays out a little more than a Level 9 Beach Nightclub (non Tycoon) except that it costs 100 gold with 0 cost to upgrade (as opposed to the $149+ million chain cost it takes to get Beach NC...
