There was a top 1,000 with the Mangler APC 900A/772D as prize, then a top 5,000 and top 10,000.

Now the top 1,000 prize sucks. Only 255A/494D (at least compared to the Brazil top 1,000 prize)...

I would say yes simply because when you click the WD event icon it is showing points from Brazil. If it was not cumulative wouldn't it show zero?
