You can try contacting support for that , they are usually decently good about giving you missed items.

you only need to have one decatron armor (the SF water air) which everyone received from login event... unless u r one of the very unfortunate few whose game glitched and then you lost your login...

I have been advised to get rid of excess junk from your inventory (like rings and amulets) and that helps reduce some of these random pauses....

but ya I have been getting the crashes a lot too....

I reinstall the game and that usually fixes it

I don't keep track of them, but I have seen other players who do... older ring/amu sets do show up as starter packs or guranteed result chests here and there.

Yeah the bug has been fixed so at least you know that your baits will work properly. I have no idea if players who had to waste baits will be compensated or not. A couple of players have told me that...

At this point, the only thing we can do is to just keep sending complaints to support. It seems like an easy enough fix to me, probably just on their back burner....

ya sorry about that, and your issue couldn't have happened at a worse time. Due to recent game issues they are completely swamped with tickets too.
