Raising the respawn rate wont help that much. It will give people more incentive for multiple cc hits as secind and third hits will generate more AP.

Your hammerheads took the brunt if the attack. These are quite expensive compared to the tanks and helicopters the other guy lost. So while he lost more units, your low range, front line hammerheads...

I agree with the OP. The penalty for loosing a robbery is Pitiful.

I would recommend the following punishment.

- loose 100% of your stamina.
- permanent -20% cumulative loss of stamina regen....
