Just by taking a quick look at stat/xp you can see that the ratio is roughly 1(which is pretty bad) up until lvl 18, then it takes a bad turn and at lvl 25 its almost as low as 0,5... is this a joke?...

If you have the 30% upgrade reduction you should even get one to lvl 3 before building a second one. If you dont, then get one to lvl 2 before building a second one.
