Well, based on the comments it seems like the Epic ratio is indeed higher. A lot did actually seem to get an Epic though not all are satisfied with it.

It's a luck mechanism, that you can't actually increase or decrease knowingly. That brings imbalance/possible unfairness...

Im personally not going for it cause I already got the Raven. Picking ATK > DEF for this one. I know DEF+/ATK- is most likely way better than ATK +/DEF- but oh well.

In the end I like dual stats...
