Why do LTQ prizes decrease? Elite level 1 is 750 smugglers and Elite Level 3 is 200 smugglers.

Probably everyone knows by now, Goal rewards for powers are only 1 per completion for Odd levels LTQ. They are not being credited to inventory either.
