You can also dump the cache for the game and will usually resolve the issue.

Yet I have created 5 tickets about none of my syndicate officers being able to see requesting players stats. 3 were closed by gree in 30days and 2 are still open with no response or fix.

There is one change you need to make to this insightful post. Please replace all references to GREE by name with GREEd and you will have your answer.
