Boss attack is based on your raw attack value of your units (boost buildings don't count) + w/a attack + attack skill points

You can refresh all your stats by going to your battle list and hitting refresh. This will connect you to Gree servers and your stats should be correct then.

Mostly correct. Although, attack skill points do go towards attacking the boss but it isn't much and I wouldn't use them for boss purpose unless you already want them in attack category.

Welcome to the forum. You have to have access to the box event. You also have to be high enough in level to get the event - I think 10 or 20 something like that. I think it is now closed....
