giving units on even levels

wd points should be similar to fvf points used in the rank system. based mostly on stats not level. the wd events are unbalanced towards campers.

have you ever been pair up with a faction whos wall you cannot attack.... thats a real PITA

this ltq is bad, they have been getting progressively worse, but this one is awful unless prestige has lots of great units.
