He posted in another thread regarding the building saying that there was an issue with the goal, basically it not appearing up, he also posted in another thread that people didn't need to address him...

Goal for it hasn't been posted yet so no reward units yet...

Couldn't agree more, a lot of the recent buildings have been absolutely awful, I will only be upgrading this one just to get the bonus at the end.

I can't even get the application to load on my 4s, really annoying just randomly started on Sunday...

How so? The building we just had granted is not in the price range of a new player but most of the other recent ones have, sure not to get up to level 10 for most of them but to get to a decent level...

Factions are only locked for War and Full Assault if I remember correctly, they are never locked for these kind of events

Very unlikely given that it is only a 2 day event and that there is also a FLTQ on at the same time

No unit is indestructible for the Full Assault event, it will be consumed if you put it to use in the event no matter if it is indestructible or not.
