From my perspective, it would be the iOS situation that is entering the fifth week for me.

Plain simple fact for me. It works, recover and play on. It doesn't, the end. This is now entering the fifth week. There comes a point where it's just time to move on.

Half my faction (top 50/75) jumped ship and went elsewhere because of this. Those that could.

Had forgotten that I had iTunes on my computer at work, pulled it up and do have the app, version 4.2.3. So I'm hesitant!

I have a 4th gen iPod touch and this didn't work for me.

Unless Apple is forcing their hand, remove any connection to Game Center for both MW and CC. That would be a good start.

Has to be the root cause. It's causing some lag issues on CC from the latest update.

I get the connecting to server screen and then it crashes. Never opens.
