My ticket was closed multiple times with a canned response that has nothing to do with the actual issue. I keep reopening it, but it's pointless.

This exact thing happened to me too. This is what I tried to explain to customer support, the only response i get is "you're confused, it works as it should".

CJ, i'll volunteer as my stats went down after the new data push and then back up after i received the Spirit of the Chalice 20% bonus. I have no idea what bonus i lost to make my stats go down...
