The health bonuses are multiplicative (i.e. law of diminishing returns applies) so the extra 5% is multipled against your other boosts. As an example if you had 40% regen boost and gained another 10%...

It was an absolute pain in the arse to set up so wouldn't advise it!! Although as you say with the new inventory sorting it makes things a lot easier.

The attack and defence bonuses work as follows (as displayed in profile):

where Unit boost building is the % based on the level...

Guessing based on mission names:

8, Attack Site > Sim H 4x82 (328 total) energy requires Support Fighter Jet
9, Oil Refinery > Sim I 91x5 (455) Combat Forward
10, Marketplace > Sim J 100x5 (500)...

Best strategy I can see would be to only build 1 (and upgrade if you want). Then if you don't get the units build the second one after the event starts

According to popup timer for boss event it is only 5 days (with an extra 4 hours, presumably to compensate for maintainence downtime)

Pretty sure the faction display has always shown as 35% (ie added) but the effect has always been multiplicative (otherwise ppl could potentially get over 100% in health regen)

Those are the top level loot that is dropped by the boss. You must've beaten a boss that dropped Elite units (lvl 65 upwards)

One of my faction members joined our "feeder" faction and did receive one of the prizes twice...the XP!!

The times shown in the table are incorrect. The upgrades times go up in 6 hour intervals (i.e. 24 hours to build then 30 hours, 36, 42 ...)
