Perfectly summed it up... Exactly the same issues on my Galaxy S4 and Bluestacks. I also have a mini running on a Galaxy S that is unplayable during the raid boss events but that is to be expected...

I still cant even get into the game... It just keeps saying that crime city has stopped...

1st I can't connect to servers.. Now, I keep getting "Unfortunately CC has stopped working" On Galaxy S4...
