Honestly of the xp is too high for you, dont do the quests. Maybe it just makes sense to me but when i look at a new quest, i run a cost benefit analysis for xp gain, cost to complete the event and...

I checked the clock on the day one guild part at 9:30pm pacific and it showed 1 day 2 hrs and 30 mins so I am guessing it will reset at midnight PST.
