I think the Urban OPS Carbine and for sure the Discreet Getaway Car (painting crate event) each give you the +5 RP.
Boosted Charger and midas gun gives +1rp/robbery.

Explosive drops are not available until higher level maps, and unless you are in a hurry to level up, going for drops might not be the best things early on as you might find yourself quickly leveling.
