Why dont you guys use the Beta testers for this stuff. I know yall have a Beta system because im a tester but it hardly ever gets used and each time a new event is rolled out theres always something...

Well I just updated cc to 3.9.2 and beat lvl 80 boss and i got the new set of rares it could have been the update or it could be you have to beat L80 before it changes idn which but mine is right now.
